Ombré brow tattoo is becoming the most highly sought out service for being low-maintenance, on the go and makeup-free.
It is a form of permanent make-up that involves using a needle to deposit pigments into the skin creating an ombre effect that is darker from the tails and gradually faded out at the front of the brow.

What is Ombré Brow Tattoo?
Ombré Brow Tattoo is a form of cosmetic tattooing (also known as permanent make-up) that involves using a needle to deposit brow pigments into the skin creating an ombre effect that is darker from the tails and gradually faded out at the front of the brow.
Ombré brow tattoo mimics the effect you can achieve when you use brow powder or pencil for a powdered look.
We use newly innovated and high quality brow pigments that ensures the longevity of the colour so that it doesn’t turn red or blue.
The brands that we use are Evenflo and PermaBlend.
2 sessions are typically required, with your second session 8-12 weeks after the first, for your brows to last 1-3 years.
After the second appointment, yearly and bi-yearly appointments are recommended.
The Benefits
Our Process
1. Consultation
We begin with a personalised consultation to discuss your desired brow shape, colour, overall goals and walk you through the entire process of what to expect.
2. Pre-draw / Mapping
We meticulously design your brow shape, taking into account your facial structure, preferences, reference from photos, most used brow pencils/makeup, muscle pulls, if you wear glasses and take into consideration all factors to ensure we achieve the most perfect brows.
We also add our own professional opinion on what brow shape will suit you best.
We can spend up to 1 hour mapping drawing your dream brows. Once outlined, we get your approval to make sure you feel comfortable with the design.
3. Tattoo
A custom colour is created and mixed based on your goals, with up to 3 different colours used.
We use the latest techniques and premium, high quality pigments to ensure your dream brows will last you as long as possible.
We spend 1.5-2 hours performing the actual tattoo procedure. Once we have completed tattooing, we apply an aloe gel to kickstart the healing process.
You will then receive your own complimentary aftercare kit with a lash shield, aftercare cream and aftercare information sheet to take home.

It is expected that you will also need to clean up your brows regularly by waxing to maintain their defined shape
The Healing Process
*Graphic Taken from eye design salon. This is just a guideline of the healing process and can vary for each person
Day 1: Your brows will look slightly more dramatic in appearance, tender, slightly swollen with redness and may even experience slight bleeding.
It can take up to 2 weeks for your brows to fully heal (this means that the scabbing has been completed)
Days 2-4: Your brows will look textured, very dark, bold and thick.
Color will be reddish and still quite tender however will start to subside.
Please note brows will fade by 30%-50% once healed.
On these days you will begin to apply the aftercare cream provided
Days 5-7: Your brows will begin to feel itchy and a thick layer of scabbing may form and peel away from the skin.
DO NOT pick the scab and avoid constantly stretching or moving your eyebrows - scabs will flake naturally.
Days 8-14: The scabs will be flaked off or still flaking off on their own - by this point the brows may seem very light or even missing in some areas.
Days 15-30: Healing is almost complete. The color and definition will return at this point. The color is beginning to even out and look more natural.
4-8 weeks: Brows are healed - At the second session we will assess if the colour or shape needs to be changed or if any areas need to be filled in more - This will ensure your brows can last 1-3 years.
Your Brow Journey
First session
Brow Wax (4 weeks post first session)
Second session (min. 8 weeks after first session)
Brow Wax (4 weeks post second session)
Monthly wax appointments to keep the shape clean and defined
Touchup 1-2 years (or when you feel like it is has faded by 50%)
Second Session / Touch-Ups
New Clients
8-12 weeks after your first session, you may return for a second session to perfect any patchy areas (if needed), change shape and colour slightly (if it allows) or go darker to ensure long-lasting results.
This second session is included in the price and is only valid within 8-12 weeks after your first session
Existing Clients
After your second session you have the option to come for an annual touchup or whenever you feel like your brows have faded by 50%.
It is recommended to not come sooner than 1 year as this can cause too much trauma to the skin if we continuously tattoo often.
My goal is to get it right after the 2 sessions to make them last as long as possible however please note that this is also dependent on your results.
The darker you go, the longer it will last (up to 3 years). If you would like your tattoo quite light and natural, then you will expect it to last around 1 year.

Microblading Vs. Brow Tattoo
What is the difference?
Microblading and Ombre Brow Tattoo are both popular cosmetic procedures designed to enhance the appearance of eyebrows, but they differ in technique, final result, and longevity.
Here's a breakdown of the differences between the two:
Can you tattoo over old microblading or brow tattoo?
Yes we can tattoo over old microblading or ombre brow tattoo but it depends on how long ago it was and how faded it is.
Your old tattoo must be 70% faded to perform a correction. We always do a correction before we apply the target colour

NEED SOME ANSWERS?
Frequently Asked Questions
Not completely, we use a disposable razor to lightly remove the hairs around your desired shape
Yes you can still get a brow lamination once it is fully healed. Fully healed is when all the scabbing has completed which can take 1-2 weeks. Our recommendation is that you wait after your brows are healed and after the second session which can take up to 12 weeks from your first session. Trust me it’s worth it!
t’s best to get your brows tattooed at least 3 weeks prior to when you leave for your holiday. If you do it within 3 weeks, you may have scabbing during your trip. For best results and healing it is also recommended to stay out of sun exposure. Or you may book after you come back from your holiday (given that you are not sunburnt).
Yes 100%. The colour and shape is totally up to you and customisable. Depending on what style you are going for will depend on how many layers we do and the choice of colour. If you want it light and natural or dark and defined - it is both possible.
The technique is 100% customisable and buildable. Eyebrow shapes are customised to each client’s face shape and structure and personal preference. Density of color is buildable to client’s desire, meaning the results can look soft and natural or dark and defined. I prefer to go light/natural at the first session which leaves you the option to go darker in the second session.
Ombre brow tattoo is a permanent treatment, therefore it will not fade out completely. However, your brow tattoo is designed to last 1-3 years (in most cases up to 5), as the years go by, the tattoo will begin to fade and annual or bi-annual touch ups may be necessary to maintain the shape and colour. If after the first session, you are really happy with your brows, it is not necessary to do a touchup and you may come back whenever you’d like> The color may fade slightly over time, typically becoming lighter, and if anything slightly ash out as you have more sun exposure.
There is no definitive answer for this as each client has a different pain tolerance. At the beginning it is quite tolerable and mid way you won’t feel anything once the numbing is applied. We only tattoo the epidermis, therefore we do not implant the pigment deeper than this.
Yes you can, however please notify Reena if you are deciding this. When choosing a colour we take into consideration your skin colour and natural hair colour - as it is permanent, we do want to ensure your brows are still timeless where it will suit any occasion.
There are many misconceptions around tattoo fading into a blue or red colour, whilst this is true it has stemmed from old techniques and poor quality pigments used.
This is a new era of brow tattoo and is my mission to avoid that from happening ever again, therefore with my techniques and pigments, it is highly unlikely that your brows will turn red or blue
I use the brand Evenflo Colours which is a hybrid of organic and inorganic pigments. This means that it has been formulated to produce a healed results that is true to colour. This is a relatively new type of pigment that will keep the colour stable once it begins to fade over the years. Which is why blue/red brows are prominent for those who have had their brows done many many years ago before the introduction of hybrid pigments.
Your final results are a combination of good quality pigments and proper technique - something that we take pride in with our brow tattoo services. We are confident in our skills and products that we use to ensure that you have the best results. This is why it is important to choose a brow artist that can educate you and can deliver the results that you want.
it can last up to 3 years however it does fade overtime. It is recommended to get a yearly touchup to ensure you colour stays vibrant and shape stays defined. It is also dependent on how light and dark you would like your final results to be, the darker you go, the longer it can last.
For best results, it is recommended to avoid wearing makeup on and around the brows during the healing process (up to 2 weeks). This is to ensure that no infection will occur during the healing process as your brows will begin to scab. If you do wish to wear makeup, carefully apply it around the brows and when removing use a wipe or cotton bud to be precise. Please note that this increases the likelihood of you developing an infection.
Yes, but removal or correction can be more complex. It's essential to choose an experienced artist to minimize the need for corrections. If you have an existing tattoo, corrections can be done on a case by case basis. if I feel that I will not be able to correct it, laser removal or saline tattoo removal may have to be done. We don’t offer this in salon but we can recommend an artist for you. Please DM me a photo of your brows prior to booking if you have an existing tattoo. Corrections do have an additional cost and do require more time.
If you plan on getting your brows tattooed, it is best to ensure your brows are fully grown out (4 weeks untouched) so that I can see your full shape and provide the best results possible.
